Pick up time at your hotel or guesthouse is about 08:00 to 08:30 h.

You will be back in Chiang Mai at about 16:30 to 17:00 hours.

What to bring on a trek

Tour itinerary

After picking you up from your hotel or guest house, we drive about 1 hour north of Chiang Mai. We make a stop at a market to buy fruit for the elephants. Then we drive another 30 minutes to the starting point of the hike. From there we trek about 1.20 hours on jungle trails to Doi Lom Elephant Sanctuary. There we will have lunch. After lunch, learn about the history and behavior of Asian elephants. Meet the elephants, feed and play with the elephants and be close to them. Learn how to make vitamin balls for the elephants. Walk with an elephant and feed it along the way. Bathe and brush your elephant in the river. Relax for 30 minutes. Then we drive about 1 hour to Bua Tong Sticky Waterfalls. This amazing waterfall is incredibly grippy so you can climb it. After that we drive about 1 hour back to Chiang Mai.

Remark: Our elephants are of good health, without chains and hooks. They are free and happy. We do not use elephants to work or perform. And we enforce a strict No Riding Policy.
