Doi Inthanon National Park
Chiang Mai, Thailand

The Doi Inthanon is the highest mountain in Thailand. It is 2,565 metres above sea level high. The flora differs here from other parts in Thailand with the presence of pine trees and other conifers in this cool environment.

A great tourist attraction about 70 km south of Chiang Mai.

This tour leaves every day.

Payment has to be made at least one day before the departure of the tour. We can visit you at your hotel or guest-house to collect the payment. Alternatively you could go to the office of Buddy Tours.

Pick-up time at your hotel or guest-house is about 08:00 to 08:30 h.

The day begins with a scenic drive along the mountains south of Chiang Mai

At first on arrival at the peak of Doi Inthanon we will go to the Twin Royal Pagodas built to honour the King and Queen.

After we will have lunch at a Royal Project and then we will visit the "Flower Garden". We will aslo take a short walk into the forest on one of the nature trails at the top of the mountain.

Later we will visit a Meo hill-tribe market, a Karen hill-tribe village and the two biggest and most beautiful waterfalls (Wachiratarn and Siritarn) before returning to Chiang Mai.

We will be back in Chiang Mai at about 18:00 hours.
